A: For our brand, the MOQ is 100 pieces/flavors. For OEM (customized) orders, the MOQ is 1000 pieces per flavor.
Q: What is your payment system?
A: We require a 30% payment with the order and the remaining 70% to be paid before shipment.
Q: How is the packaging done?
A: Each unit is individually packaged, and 10 pieces are packed together in one box.
Q: What is the warranty period?
A: The warranty period is 1 year.
Q: What is the delivery time?
A: Normally, the delivery time ranges from 3 to 15 days, depending on the quantity.
